About the Association

The RAF Elsham Wolds Association (EWA) was formed in 1979 and has been in existence continually ever since, thanks to a succession of Members stepping forward to provide direction by serving on the Committee.

The Aims of the Association are :
To remember and commemorate all those who served with 103 and 576 Squadrons or were based at RAF Elsham Wolds;
To organise and arrange an annual Reunion/ Commemoration weekend and Remembrance Day Service;
To foster and maintain contact between veterans, members and other individuals or groups with a shared interest.

The Association is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a memorial and the garden in which it is situated, in addition to the Memorial Room(s) located alongside the Garden. The Rooms and garden area are kindly loaned to the Association by Anglian Water on whose site the Memorial is located. Further details including visiting arrangements can be found by 'clicking' the tab, above.
